Adding New Repertories and Books in MacRepertory 6.x
( The method for adding new books in MacRepertory 7 has been simplified. Add the book or repertory you want from the Master Installer disc, select the new book and a dialogue will open asking for the Access Number.)Here is how to add an access number for the new repertory or book you purchased, for MacRepertory 6.
Name of Book: eg Murphy's Repertory II
Access number: eg 999999999
Add books + access number for MacRepertory 5.0 and above
1. Install new book as per instructions.
2. Open MacRepertory.
3. Click on 'Option', 'File', ('Application' OSX) menu and select Preferences.
4. Click on "add books".
5. Scroll through using "next page" arrow till you find the book you want
to add. First you will scroll throught a list of Repertories. If you are adding a keynote, click
'OK' to see list of Keynotes)

6. Click on the small square to the left of the book and enter the access number.
7. Click OK till you go back to MacRepertory. Check to see if the book can be opened in MacRepertory by go to File menu/Open repertory and locating the book.
8. To make your new book the default or book that will come up when you open MacRepertory; go to File menu, Open Repertory (or keynote). When you locate the book you wish to make your default, click on the small square at the bottom of the window "make the selected file the default", then double click to open your book.
