This is the Tool Palette on the left. When you click on the hand the Phrase Window opens. This is where you type words to perform search of the Materia Medica. Each additional search automatically creats a new rubric in the active Rubrics Clip Board. In this image it's A.
Buttons A to F are your Rubrics Clip Boards. When you perform a search a rubric with remedies is automatically created.
This Icon opnens the References Window. More.
Click on the picture of the world to open the Materia Medica Window. .
This Column Graph button opens the Analysis or Repertory Windows , which allows you to analyse or repertorise your case just like in a repertory. It will use the active clipboard, which in this case is A. There are a variety of different graphs to choose from and in the Pro version you can design your own. This feature exists in the Classic version too.

Finally we have the Note Pad where you can make case notes. You can save these notes and all of your searches.
