This is the References Window.  It's a list of references where the phrase "Fear of dogs" is found.
It has four columns.  

• Column one lists the Remedies where the phrase is found.
• Column two lists the names of the section when the remedy is found.
  
• Column three lists the names of the Texts in abbreviated form.
• Column four lists the sentences where the search term or phrase is found.
  

When you double click on the sentence it takes you directly to the place in the volume where the phrase is located, so you can read the whole text. It's the same as going to the sentence in a book.

  If you click on this    it will limit the results to certain books, e.g., Provings.
