Roger van Zanvoort
has done a wonderful job in developing this new version it represents a great step forward.

Here are some brief notes on the changes.

The Millennium Repertory has grown by more than 25% from it's predcessor, the Complete 4.5 Repertory. There are more remedies, more authors, and more rubrics. All pains takingly authenicated.

Statistics

Over 200.000 new additons
3,000 new references and crossreferences
33 New Authors
63 New Remedies
Many additions from new provings: those that are added are only form published provings

Comparison
The Mind section of Kents' Repertory has 4,662 rubrics, with 821 cross-references.
The Mind section of The Complete Millennium has 20,461 rubrics with 10,608 cross-references.

Structural Improvements

Many structural improvements have been incorporated intothe repertory to bring it more in line with
contemporary language.
It now encorporates a new section for Mirrilli’s Themes.

Repertory page references

Page references for Kent’s Repertory [K], the Synthetic Repertory [SRI, SRII or SRIII] and
Künzli's Repertorium Generale [G] have been included for those rubrics that are mentioned in
those repertories directly behind the rubric text in the Complete Repertory.
Example:
MENTAL [K95, SRI-23, G76]:
Meaning: to be found in Kent’s Repertory on page 95, in the Synthetic Repertory vol. I in column
23 and in Künzli's Repertorium Generale on page 76.

Anatomical Index

The anatomical information in every section has been revised and adapted to modern anatomy.
Big toe does not exist anymore, it is now first toe, first finger, thumb.
Specific bones come under bones, specific nerves under nerves (ischiadic is now nerve ischiadic).

Pain Rubrics Updated

In the pain rubrics of each section the specific pains have been added, if they are not already there.
The general pain rubrics have been fully updated with additions from the specific locations.

Sub-Headings

Sub-headings within the repertory organise the information so you can find it more easily.

alter -  alternating symptoms
sides - anything to do with sides of the body (left, right, etc.)
time -  everything to do with times including: times of the day, periodic, seasons
mccn - everything to do with modalities, causations and concomitant symptoms
ext -    anthing to do with symptoms that "extend to"
loc -    anatomical locations
tsp -    typical, specific, pathological symptoms etc

Cross References

Cross-references are to be found in the first level of sub-rubrics under the heading 'references, x-references'.
They have been expanded and are now listed separately so that you can jump from any one of them.
Press the Command/Ctrl key and click on the cross reference you wish to jump to.
Hold the Option or Alt key down as well as the Command/Ctrl key and click on the cross-reference to jump back to your
original rubric.
