MacOSX Version Update
We know that many of you are anxiously awaiting the release of OSX friendly programs. Our program-mers are working as fast as possible to rework the programs so that can be used with OSX. This latest operating system from Macintosh has proven to be a serious challenge for software programmers all over the world. The complexity of the undertaking is huge and we are giving it our full attention. As soon as we have a more firm completion date, we will let you know. Thank you so much for your patience!

Free, Unlimited Training for the first 6 months after your software purchase! WOW!

For years, we have offered our customers 1 hour of free, one-on-one training per program purchased and now we are happy to announce that you may have as many trainings as you need during the first 6 months after your purchase! We want you to know your programs inside and out and hope that this increased availability of training will help you achieve that.

We are currently in the process of creating visual training media, too, so that you may learn your programs at your own pace. As soon as these videos and DVD's are available, we will let you know, so stay tuned!

The trainings are intended to help you understand the features of our programs, from the most basic to the most advanced. One of the benefits of our one-on-one trainings is that you can learn at your own pace and if you get stuck, our trainers can take the time to help you through your confusion, without having to keep to a tight agenda, as you would find in a larger, group setting. So make sure to install your software right after receiving it, and take advantage of every moment of the 6 month period to become skilled. To get the most out of our training, you should have a good understanding of basic computer skills. If you need help in that department, then we highly recommend that you self-educate before getting started, as our trainers are not available to teach you basic computer skills. There are a wide variety of ways to obtain these basic skills, from books to videos and from classes to personal tutors.
