What changed from MacRepertory 5 to 6
From 1996, when MacRepertory 5 was released, to 2002 we focussed on simplifying (families, communication, overviews); at least two of those years were spent optimizing our programs for the new operating systems that Apple and Windows released.
• Support for the newer Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
• A rudimentary version of the Theme analysis
• Concepts graphs to compare remedies across organs and modalities
• Family searches to discover the central features of a group of remedies.
• Quick searching in ReferenceWorks
• Copy Protection freedom
What changed from MacRepertory 6 to 7
Version 7.0 brought the full featured Theme analysis - one of the most important advances we ever made - and the world of families. (MacRepertory 6 had been released in 2002)
• Theme analysis is expanded and made central to the program
• 100+ Family graphs
• Expanded progressive eliminations
• Improved Keynote interface
• Built-in repertory indexing
• Recent repertory/keynote/case history (found at the top of the list of items)
• Ability to change the section icons

What changed from MacRepertory 7 to 8
For version 8 we stepped back and enhanced nearly every aspect of the program; adding many useful new features, improving the graphics, making the process easier, making everything more consistent. We created a far easier way to find words and remedies in the repertory and doubled the family information - much of which is found nowhere else. (MacRepertory 7 had been released in 2006)
• Limiting of the repertory to words, remedies or families
• Many new family graphs and far more support for "family thinking"
• 150 Family sub-graphs with keynote information
• Easy collecting of potential remedies and families into the Elimination tool
• Auto-updating over the internet
• Improved process of adding additions to the repertory
• Smooth, cleaner text
